穴位位置
在上臂内侧，腋前纹下 4 寸，肱二头肌桡侧缘。English (WHO-style Description)：On the anteromedial aspect of the upper arm, 4 cun below the anterior axillary fold, on the radial side of the biceps brachii muscle.
找穴方法
手臂自然下垂，找到腋前横纹，向下量 四横指（4 寸），肱二头肌内侧隆起处即为侠白穴 English Method：Let the arm hang naturally，Locate the anterior axillary fold，Measure 4 cun downward，The point is on the radial border of the biceps brachii
按摩手法
用拇指点按或轻揉
力度中等，以酸胀感为宜
每次 1–2 分钟
Apply moderate thumb pressure or gentle circular massage
Massage for 1–2 minutes
A mild aching sensation is appropriate
针刺手法
针灸时直刺0.5~1.0寸深。常见反应是局部酸胀感，部分人会感觉到类似触电般的传导感延伸到胸部区域。

穴位解说
侠白穴最早记载于《针灸甲乙经》，后来《针灸大成》《类经图翼》等医学典籍也收录了这个穴位。
《寿世保元》里提到用艾灸侠白穴能治“赤白汗斑”（现在称为花斑糠疹，表现为皮肤出现淡红色或白色斑片），《循经考穴编》记载这个穴位可以治疗“紫白风”。
《针灸甲乙经》记载：“侠白穴位于天府穴下方，在肘关节上方五寸动脉搏动处，属于手太阴肺经的支脉。针灸时刺入四分深度，留针三次呼吸的时间，每次灸5壮（古代艾灸量的单位，一壮指一个艾绒柱）”
《寿世保元》提到：“治疗红白汗斑有个好方法：可用针刺破斑疹出血，或者艾灸夹白穴（即侠白穴）”
《循经考穴编》描述：“侠白穴在天府穴下一寸，距离肘关节五寸位置。主治心口疼痛、呼吸短促、干呕、胸闷烦躁，以及紫癜风、白癜风等皮肤问题”
《针灸甲乙经》：“侠白，治咳上气，胸满不得息。”
《针灸大成》：“侠白主肺气不宣，臂痛。”
