在食指桡侧，第二掌指关节前方凹陷处。

找穴方法
伸直食指，找到第二掌指关节，在关节前方桡侧凹陷处取穴。微握拳示指格侧手背面与手掌面交界线(赤白肉际)上,示指掌指关节前缘凹陷。

按摩手法
Apply moderate thumb pressure or circular massage
Massage for 1–2 minutes

穴位解说
二间穴最早记载于中医经典《灵枢·本输》这本古籍，之后在《针灸甲乙经》《针灸大成》等医学典籍中也都有收录。
《灵枢·本输》记载：这是指手部第二掌指关节前的凹陷处（“二间”名称的由来），属于中医五输穴中的“荥”穴类型（该类穴位有调节气血流动的作用，像溪水般流动的状态）。
《针灸甲乙经》第七卷提到：该穴位主治白天昏昏欲睡、肩膀关节冷痛、流鼻血（血色鲜红且量多）、面部发红发烫发肿、身体高热、喉咙肿痛像被东西堵住、眼角受伤疼痛、突发畏寒发抖、肩部酸痛等症状。
《针灸大成》第六卷记载：该穴位可治疗下巴肿胀、容易受惊吓、牙痛、眼白发黄、口干舌燥、口角歪斜、突然噎食（食物堵在喉咙下不去）、伤寒病引发的水肿积液等症状。
《灵枢·本输》：“荥者，热也。”
《针灸大成》：“二间主热病烦渴，咽喉肿痛。”
