在面部，鼻唇沟中，鼻翼外缘旁约0.5寸处。

On the face, in the nasolabial groove, at the level of the lateral border of the ala nasi.
找穴方法
自然放松面部，
找到鼻翼外侧，
顺鼻唇沟向下触摸，
按压有轻微酸胀感处。

针刺手法

穴位解说
口禾髎穴最早记载于古代医学典籍《针灸甲乙经》，在《针灸大成》和《灵光赋》等医书中也有提及。
《针灸甲乙经》卷十二记载：通过口禾髎穴治疗鼻子不通气、口眼歪斜、流清水鼻涕不止等症状，同时对鼻出血和鼻腔内化脓性疾病也有效果。
《针灸大成》卷六提到：口禾髎穴可用于突发性昏厥（突然昏倒不省人事）、嘴巴无法张开等症状，还能改善鼻腔溃疡、鼻息肉增生引起的鼻塞和嗅觉失灵等问题。
《灵光赋》记载：当出现鼻塞、流鼻涕或鼻出血时，都可以通过针刺口禾髎穴来缓解症状。
《针灸甲乙经》：
“口禾髎，主鼻塞不闻香臭，口歪。”
《针灸大成》：
“治鼻渊、鼻衄、面肿。”
