穴位位置
在面部，鼻翼外缘中点旁，鼻唇沟内。
English (WHO Standard Description)：
On the face, in the nasolabial groove, at the level of the midpoint of the lateral border of the ala nasi.
找穴方法
用食指触摸鼻翼外侧，
顺鼻唇沟向下滑动，
凹陷处即为迎香穴。
双侧对称取穴。

针刺手法
使用细针垂直刺入或向上斜刺穴位，深度通常在0.2到0.5寸之间（约0.6到1.5厘米）。具体手法包括平补平泻（均匀刺激）、捻转泻法（快速旋转针体）和提插捻转（上下移动结合旋转），当患者出现酸胀、疼痛或发麻的针感时停止操作。
刮痧手法
使用水牛角、砭石或玉石材质的刮痧板，由上至下轻柔刮拭迎香穴。
可采用平面刮法或边刮边按压的方式，操作前建议涂抹润肤油保护皮肤。

穴位解说
迎香穴最早出现在古代医书《针灸甲乙经》里，后来在《针灸大成》《针灸大全》等经典著作中都有记载。
《针灸甲乙经·卷九》记载：这个穴位能改善鼻腔堵塞、呼吸不畅的情况，对歪嘴巴流口水、鼻腔长疮流鼻血等问题也有治疗效果。
《针灸大成·玉龙歌》提到：当出现闻不到香臭气味的情况时，可以通过针刺迎香穴来治疗。具体操作时先补法后泻法，往往针还没完全拔出就能感受到呼吸通畅。
《针灸大全·通玄指要赋》指出：鼻子堵住导致嗅觉失灵时，刺激迎香穴就能见效。
《针灸甲乙经》：
“迎香，主鼻塞不利，鼻渊，鼻衄。”
《针灸大成》：
“治鼻渊、鼻塞、面风、口歪。”
