穴位位置
在肩上部，肩峰与锁骨之间凹陷处。

In the depression between the acromial end of the clavicle and the spine of the scapula.
找穴方法
触摸肩峰，
向内侧移动至锁骨末端，
两骨之间凹陷处即为巨骨穴。

Palpate the acromion，
Move medially toward the clavicle，

按摩手法
Apply moderate pressure with thumb or finger
Massage for 1–2 minutes
Useful for shoulder–neck tension
针刺手法
找准穴位后垂直进针，稍向外下方倾斜，刺入0.5～1寸深度。以局部酸胀感为最佳刺激强度。具体可选择补法（增强治疗效果）、泻法（祛除病邪）或平补平泻手法（平衡调理）。特别注意不能刺得过深，否则可能穿透胸腔导致气胸。

穴位解说
巨骨穴最早记载于《素问·气府论》这部医学典籍。从古书中记载的临床应用来看，这个穴位主要针对大肠经经过的身体区域，符合中医“经脉经过之处即为治疗范围”的原理（简单说就是只要是大肠经经过的地方出了问题，都可以通过这个穴位来调理）。
《针灸甲乙经》记载：“当出现肩背部和大腿无法抬举、肩部气血瘀滞导致活动困难时，可用巨骨穴治疗”
《备急千金要方》描述：“巨骨穴主治肩部疼痛导致手臂不能活动的情况”
《圣济总录》指出：“巨骨穴能治背部酸痛，以及胸闷伴随淤血瘀滞。对于肩臂关节屈伸困难引发的疼痛也有治疗效果”
《针灸资生经》记录：“巨骨穴适用于手臂无法正常弯曲伸展的病症”
《针灸甲乙经》：“巨骨主肩臂痛，不得举。”
《针灸大成》：“治肩痛，项强。”
