在耳垂后方，当乳突与下颌角之间的凹陷处。English (WHO Standard Description)：
Posterior to the earlobe, in the depression between the mastoid process and the mandibular ramus.
找穴方法
头偏向一侧，将耳垂下压，所覆盖范围中的凹陷处即是。找到耳垂后方，
摸到耳后凸起骨头（乳突）与下颌角之间的凹陷，
张口时凹陷更明显，按压酸胀处即为翳风穴。

按摩手法
手法：拇指或食指点按、按揉
力度：中等偏强（以酸胀为度）
时间：1–3 分钟
技巧：可配合张口闭口轻揉，效果更佳
Technique: Apply firm pressure or circular kneading with the thumb or index finger
Pressure: Moderate to slightly strong (until soreness is felt)
Duration: 1–3 minutes

针刺手法
垂直进针时深度控制在0.8-1.2寸（约2.5-4厘米）。操作时针体不要大角度转动或上下移动，避免刺伤颈部大血管和椎动脉。
刮痧手法
使用刮痧板从翳风穴向前后方向刮拭，刮板与皮肤保持45-90度角，均匀用力刮6-7次，以不出痧为保健标准。

穴位解说
翳风穴最早记载于古代医书《针灸甲乙经》，后来在《铜人腧穴针灸图经》《针灸大成》等重要医学典籍中都有详细介绍。
《针灸甲乙经》记载：当出现抽搐导致无法说话时，选择翳风穴就能治疗。对于口眼歪斜、经常打哈欠、嘴巴张不开的情况，翳风穴同样有效。
《铜人腧穴针灸图经》提到：耳聋、口眼歪斜、下巴脱臼、牙关紧闭张不开、说话困难、脸颊肿胀和牙床紧绷疼痛，这些问题都能通过刺激翳风穴来改善。
《针灸大成》归纳：翳风穴主治耳聋耳鸣、口眼歪斜、下巴脱臼脸颊肿、牙关紧闭无法张开、说不出话、口吃、牙床僵硬以及小儿频繁打哈欠等症状。
《类经图翼》指导：耳朵红肿热痛时要用泻法刺激翳风穴，如果是耳朵里嗡嗡响但没有红肿的情况，则需要用补法。
《玉龙歌》用口诀描述：耳聋伴随胀痛难以忍受时，扎针翳风穴就能痊愈。这个穴位还能治疗脖子上的淋巴结肿块，通过泻法针刺即可缓解症状。
用手指尖大力按压翳风穴，一般5分钟内就可以止嗝。
